Eligibility for Returns

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts not caused by our error, or returned after the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at shopveloque@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Veloque covers the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
